Mobile meeting modules
OPTIM S2 is a range of mobile meeting furniture composed of multimedia modules for 1, 2 or 4 people.
These mobile meeting modules are designed to provide solutions adapted to the layout of meeting and videoconferencing spaces in companies. They allow the creation of modular spaces according to the needs and the number of participants.
Mobile
The OPTIM S2 mobile meeting modules are equipped with castors that allow them to be moved easily and with stability.
Thanks to their high mobility, OPTIM S2 meeting modules can be reconfigured in a matter of minutes.
Full integration
OPTIM S2 consists of a technical housing that integrates all the multimedia equipment and connections. It houses a retractable screen as well as the various audiovisual equipment. The equipment is secured inside the housing when not in use.
Internal connection strips provide power to all the equipment.
Finally, connection points are recessed into the tray, providing a power source for mobile devices.
2 in 1 meeting modules
The mobile meeting modules are equipped with a retractable screen system that offers the possibility of alternating between a workstation and a multimedia meeting table for 1 or more people.
Depending on the workstation model, the retractable screen system varies:
Simple workstations are equipped with a universal system that can accommodate a 24″ screen to the VESA standard.
The bench stations, on the other hand, incorporate a 22″ double-sided retractable screen. This double-sided screen allows information to be displayed on either side of the station.
Pack video option
The Video Pack is a system that allows each module to receive a video signal from 3 different sources and automatically project the last received video connection to all connected systems in series.
Each module equipped with the video pack has an HDMI input for a laptop PC on the top and two HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs on the side to connect the modules together.
The system consists of the V-BOX, which is an HDMI splitter-switch device that automatically detects the video inputs on the HDMI ports and projects the image and sound to the available outputs.
Flexible
The OPTIM S1 can be used alone or in series. Thanks to an ingenious system, the stations can be connected together to share power sources.
The OPTIM S2 mobile meeting modules can be equipped with the “Video Pack” option, which allows a video signal to be broadcast on several screens. With this option, the modules can receive a video signal from 3 different sources and share it with the other modules.
Compact
These mobile meeting modules fit into any environment and optimise the use of space.
They are equipped with a folding table top that turns a functional table into a compact module on wheels. Once folded, they can be easily stored in the corner of a room or in a small space.
Their staggered castor supports allow them to be stored next to each other, reducing the space required.
Ergonomic
OPTIM S2 is designed to offer maximum comfort to the user.
The dimensions under the tabletop provide comfortable legroom.
Finally, the folding worktop is equipped with gas struts that make it easy to open. The legs are equipped with special hinges that ensure safe and continuous movement when they are extended, thus preventing damage from impact.
